I accidentally disabled one finger click, drag and everything related to one finger in the settings. So now I can just move mouse around and can't click anything. Even if I want to enable the click settings I can't nor do it with the keyboard. What should I do?
Will using external mouse help to enable the keys??
Please I need help ASAP...

Hi And Welcome
i would advise you that you:
1. Use Command+Space and type System Preferences then press Enter and then type in the Search "Trackpad" (Make Sure You Type In The Whole Word Then Press Enter) Then go to Point&Zoom and Enable 1 FInger Click
Hope This Helped
