Hi I have a

Apple MacBook Pro​

A1708 is dead, trying recover the data on the hdd ssd.
because of the shape of the Hdd, there is no adapter to usb, sata even a M.2.
but did find this on toy tube anyone know where i can get this?

The tool that you want is called a Customer Data Migration Tool Kit for MacBook Pro 2016-2017.

Apples Part number is 076-00236, but it is not something that they sell to the public.

There are a few for sale on ebay, but they are quite costly.

yes just looked it up, best price was $799 and just for the models in that 2 yr period.
Afraid needs to go to Apple store for service of retrieval of data. thanks for the reply
