Macbook Pro2017 Processor 3.3Ghz PROBLEM

Hi,
i have a Macbook pro 2017 13in with 3.3Ghz processor but today i am surprised that the system show that my processor is 3.1Ghz.

Any help?

-Did it show properly before?
-What version of macOS?
-Is the battery still functioning properly?
-Does it show the incorrect speed in both  > About This Mac and  > About This Mac > System Report... > Hardware Overview?
