MacBook Pro late(11) , Kernel_task problem without OS os mac

So i decided to upgrade to el capitan last week and the kernel_task issue came back again my mac is running very slow , i decided to format my HDD , then i tryed to install another OS but the only OS that shows up on disk utilities its El Capitan so i decided to install again this OS but i just cant, it takes like 10 hours to install cause of the kernel_task and at the end of installation it says an Error occured please try again i did this like 3 times same issue everytime at this point i dont know what to do :(...

First, what exact Mac model do you have?

Secondly, did you make any kind of backup to an external drive before trying to upgrade to El Capitan? If you did, then there is some hope.
