Mac0S utilities window at startup

Upon turning on my laptop recently, masOS utilities window appears. No idea why and doesn’t boot up normal way. In window, it says: Restore From Time Machine Backup
-You have a backup of your system that you want to restore.
Reinstall macOS
- Reinstall a new copy of macoS
Get Help Online
- Browse the Apple Support website to find help for your Mac.
Disk Utility
- Repair or erase a disk using Disk Utility.

Afraid I’m going to lose everything.

Sounds like it is starting up in macOS Recovery.

I’m not sure. Can’t get any details now. Only thing I think I can see is that “startup disk” is version 13 (413).

Just a thought, have you tried connecting a different keyboard?
