I have been unable to open my Laptop The screen comes up and the wheel just spins and never stops. I tried turning it off and leaving it til morning. Nothing changed. A few days ago someone I know wanted me to turn on Bluetooth for a bit to see if we could pass a file from her to me. A young girl not a hacker, a very innocent sort of girl who was a graphic design graduate. I only kept it on for a while. But later I found a file that said Joshua Smith sharing Bluetooth files somewhere when I was looking for another problem. That problem was that my entire Utlilities file has gone AWOL so I could not check for problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So am I going to have to reload from scratch or does anyone have any experience of such things????
