Mac Mail

Hey guys. This weird problem started a couple of days ago. My Mac Mail started showing very old messages in the view box whenever a new message came in. The messages read fine on my phone or through gmail itself but not through the mac application. Any thoughts? Thanks guys!

Try menu Mailbox > Rebuild

Tried that. Unfortunately the problem still persists.

quit then relaunch mail, reboot Mac ...

I quit mail and restarted the computer but its still happening. Any more ideas? Thanks!
