Mac Mail filtering emails to Junk Folder

Hi

I have a iMac (2019 spec on Catalina) which continuously filters most mail on sent to my outlook account to junk. I ahem tried adding each of the senders to 'add to contact' but nothing changes, similarly in outlook I have ensured they are all 'safe senders'.

Any help would be appreciated as this is really irritating.
