Ok earlier i tried to share a movie from final cut pro x free demo and it failed and since them i get messages on the console every second there a thousands there and its the same things over and over ? Anyone know what these could be is it normal for console to be this active. The messages don't seem to have anything to do with final cut pro x. file is something like. org.thebends.iphonedisk.mobile ????? what the hell is that i don't have an iPhone ?

This is not an Apple message, so having or not having an iPhone isn't your problem.
I'd start by seeing if there is a plist in
YOURROOTHARDDRIVE/System/LaunchAgents/org.thebends.iphonedisk<SOMETHINNG>.plist
If so remove it, this will require an Admin Password.
Then do a restart.
Your not using your computer in an Admin Account are you?
