Connect firewire external drive to 2017 iMac with thunderbolt ports

Title sort says it all. Bought adapters for firewire to thunderbolt and got thunderbolt 2 , my error. What do I need to connect my external firewire drives to my 2017 iMac? Can't seem to find any adapters for firewire to thunderbolt 3. Any words of wisdom, hints, links, anything?

Also want to hook up my studio display monitor, but can't find a DVI to thunderbolt 3 adapter.
