Hi I have some how, by mistake deleted my photo's from iphoto. They are not in the iphoto trash and I did not back them up in Time Machine, is there anyway I can locate and restore them to iphoto or a location I can view them. Thanks for your help.

No, not if you emptied the iPhoto Trash.
You could try some recovery software, there are a few threads around here with recommendations and success stories, but there are no guaranties. This is why the Mac always asks for confirmation before deleting things permanently.
