SOLVED Lost HDMI-CEC Control on Apple TV After tvOS 17.4 Update

Hello everyone! I recently updated my Apple TV to the latest tvOS 17.4 version, and since then, I've been unable to use CEC control via HDMI. I've tried resetting my Apple TV back to its factory settings, hoping it might fix the issue, but no luck there. I even toggled the CEC control (Viera Link) off and on again on my Panasonic LX1500 OLED TV, but it didn't make any difference. Is anyone else experiencing this problem after the update? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

You can try calling Apple support. However, I've read that other people are also complaining about this issue, so you might have to wait until the next update.
