Itunes Wont open anymore!

Hi, I tried to open Itunes in many different ways and it just won't open. There is no error message and no "loading" sign. I tried to repair disk utility, re-download the program, download an earlier version of itunes but nothing seems to work.
anyone has a clue? thnx Julian

Have you tried 'Repairing Disk Permissions' in Disk Utility ?

If you have any, remove your added plug-ins, visualizers, etc. I had a plug-in installed that made mine stop opening.

If I have my iPod docked, quit iTunes then relaunch it, it wont open unless I remove and reconnect my iPod.

So you haven't got your iPod connected have you?
