iTunes not recognizing iPhone?

I have an iPhone 3GS which was just updated to iOS4, and the latest version of iTunes on an iMac computer. After I updated my iPhone software, my iPhone won't show up in iTunes. iPhoto still recognizes it, but iTunes will not. Any way to fix this?
