iTunes Keeps Starting Up

iTunes keeps starting up. It'll fire up, I'll shut it down and it goes again. Does not happen all of the time but once it starts, it will not stop until I do a shutdown(which seems to work MOST of the time)
Any thoughts or suggestions?
