iPhoto Library quits when connected with Airport Extreme Base Station

Hello

I have all my iPhoto librarys saved onto my 1TB Iomega external hard disk drive. This is connected to my airport extreme. Both work fine: Im connected to the internet etc. But everytime I try and open my iPhoto (iLife 8) it quits.

My entire iTunes library is also on my external hard disk drive, and this works fine. I suspect there is something wrong with my iPhoto and it will not allow me to access it through the wireless setting? Anyone else with the same problem?:confused:
