    Hi guys,

    Quick question.

My iPhone touch screen occasionally goes ballistic for a few hours for no reason.

It will randomly open stuff, randomly click stuff, without me doing anything.

hard reset seemed to help for a bit but now it doesn't make a diff.

Is it usually a hardware prob or a software prob?

    Hi,

Which phone do you have and what iOS is it running? Plus does this happen randomly or when charging?

    Hello.

    In addition to oldscribe's questions:

-What brand/model case do you have and do you have a film installed on the screen?
-Has it been dropped or exposed to any liquid spills previously?

Sometimes the sensors on the phone are blocked because the case used isn't for the exact model of an iPhone.
