Internet not connecting in normal mode

Why can't I access internet in normal mode only in safe mode ?

i connect via wifi and in normal mode I connect to wifi but no internet access. In safe mode I connect to wifi with internet access. What is preventing this in normal mode ?

Hello and welcome.

-You are running macOS Sierra, correct?
-You cannot repair permissions any longer in OS X El Capitan or macOS Sierra.
-Have you double-checked you settings in  > System Preferences... > Network > Wi-Fi > Advanced...?
-You could try making a new location in above.

Sounds like a setting somewhere, that is bypassed when you startup in safe mode.
