Hi everyone.

I just setup an ACCESS POINT in the upper floor of the house. This is an old router I have configured to my main router as a AP. Funny thing is that this works EXCELLENT with all other devices such as ANDROID and WINDOWS..(I can access internet via both the MAIN wifi router AND the new ACCESS POINT) BUT none of my MAC devices (iPad/iphone and macbook Air) can get access to the INTERNET via these two ROUTERS when they are ON TOGETHER.

When I power OFF the ACCESS POINT, then my MAC Devices Magically come to life and I get Internet connection.

I have spent best part of 48 hours trying to solve this issue, so any help would help save whats left of my HAIR.

Thanks
Ameen

Hello and welcome.

-Did you setup the new access point to join/extend a current network, or create a second one?
-What brand/model are the routers/access points?
