on a Mac os x 20.3.9
Ist problem was that I couldn't print could do a test print and printer was working, couldn't upload photos from camera, it appeared that my mac wouldn't recognise anything apart from keyboard and mouse that was plugged in via a usb. SO I downloaded the drivers for camera and printer but have now discovered that everytime I try and install anything I am getting the message that errors occurred during installation and to try again (which I have done to no avail!) I am not mega computer literate, can anyone help?
