IMessage on MacBook

My MacBook (Early 2015, Big Sur 11.5.1). Will not open iMessage. It used to open it. What do I need to do?

  • What happens when you attempt to launch the Messages application?
  • Are you trying to launch it from the Dock or from within the Applications folder?
  • Are you getting a specific error?
