IMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

library > sound > .aiff, mp3 and aac files for custom sound in imail......the (sound) notification when receiving mail
announces only sometimes, out of the 20-30 e mails am only getting 2-3 notifications, anyone familiar with this problem.....ventura is up to date on this m1 air.....Thanks

Hello,

This is a semi-known issue and I experience it as well on Monterey and Ventura Macs: macOS Ventura notifications are broken, and there’s no sign of a fix

I am using the built-in sounds and haven't ever tried to customize them.
