iMac g5

hi all I have just got my hands on a iMac G5 I think it boots up and then stops when it gets to this screen and that's it what do I do

Hello and welcome.

That is a kernel panic, which can be caused be numerous software/hardware issues, including corrupted OS install, incompatible software loading at startup, failing hard drive/RAM/logic board, etc.

Try safe mode if your Mac doesn‘t finish starting up

Try that and let us know if it fully starts up.
