iMac 2015 27" Kernel Panic

Can someone help me?

iMac late 2015 27"
Processor: 3.2GHz Quad-Core i5
Memory: 16GB 1867 MHz DDR3
Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 M380 2GB

I installed new a SSD & 2 new RAM sticks.

Is it the CPU I need to change out?

It looks like that is coming from using Big Sur. Did this happen with the prior Mac OS you were using?

Also, a beta version of the next Big Sur release, v11.1.0, was released on Tuesday:


And from what I have read, V11.1.0 could arrive by next week. Not sure if it will resolve your issue or not, but thought I'd let you know.

Hey Marty, thanks for the heads up. I'll keep my eye out on the next version of Big Sur. I was getting the same error on Catalina. I will say that now i have updated to Big Sur, it doesn't happen as frequent.

I'm suspect that its the 7200RPM hard drive. I replaced the flash ssd drive that is mounted to the logic board but not the larger hard drive in the iMac. I formatted it & unmounted it through disk utility. Gonna test it out tonight to see if it fixes.
