Using late 2015 iMac as second screen for 2016 Mac Book Pro

Can someone please tell me exactly what adapters/cables I will need to use a late 2015 iMac (with thunderbolt, not mini display port) as a second screen for my 2016 MacBook Pro which only has USB-C?
