I need help with my mac

the other day I was using my computer and it was completely fine then it started freezing on me so i shut it down, when i turned it back on it goes to the login screan and I am able to login to geust absolutly fine but when I go to login to my actual account i type in my password and it goes to load and all of a sudden it shuts down
can someone help me out?
