How do I change back to High Sierra

Hello,

The process would require you to create a bootable installer on an external USB flash drive/hard drive. You can use DiskMaker X Pro or DiskMaker X 7 for High Sierra to create the drive. You would then need to completely erase the drive and install High Sierra. NOTE: make sure you have a backup of your data, as you will lose any on the erased drive.

Guess I'm stuck with it. I'll try to prevent any more 'fantastic' updates to new systems. Why I left Windows because wanted to
get away from updates that just flub you up and drive U crazy till you bend to their will. think I know how to not let it update to new
OS. No automatic updates is checked already . I won't do it manually, so, hopefully will leave me alone.
