How can I type in Hebrew, and where can I see the keyboard?

I have a MAC OS X 10.4.10 and I purchased Mellel. When I went into Mellel it told me to go to System Preferences and check International. At first, I assumed this was something within Mellel--because I thought it was gving me the keyboard. Not so--I went to System Preferences on my MAC, and Hebrew was not listed as an option. I am completely confused--please advise.

When you're in International, click on the Input Menu tab, scroll down and then check the Hebrew box. :)
