I changed something in Pages and now my Pages documents appear in every tab I have open.
I don't remember what I changed, so please tell me where to change it back so my Pages documents stay all in one tab.

If you click and hold on Pages, an Options menu appears. There you can select if you want Pages to appear on all desktops or just on the desktop where you are now.
