Firfox and Mac-Help

Hi All
I have just restarted my machine (first time for about 6 weeks). On launching mac-help in firefox I got a completely messed up screen, other sites are OK Any sugestions please

Aha self help
I just carried on doing all the normal things ie repair permissions clear caches and restart and it cleared the problem :)
