Finder Frozen

Hello, I "tired" to download microsoft office 2008 and then tried to uninstall it. While I was uninstalling it I hit command Q. The finder has been frozen since. I have looked for the folder " apple.com finder plist" to delete it is not in my files. My computer is a MacBook 13in" purchased in May 09. The processor is 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo.

Hello, the "com.apple.finder.plist" is a file, not a folder, and it's located in the Preferences folder in "your" Library folder.
