Hello and welcome.

My guess would be the Adobe Flash is disabled by default in macOS Sierra. Here is how to re-enable it:

In additional, I recommend that you do not install Adobe Flash, due to the numerous security flaws in it. If you must use Flash, then visit those sites using Google Chrome, which has a version of Flash built-in.

Let us know if that doesn't correct the issue.
