OK. Entourage 2008 connecting to Exchange 2007.
Have UserA logged in to his personal mail.
As an additional account, he is also pointing at our Support mail account.
In his UserA account, he has 1000+ rules that run and move messages into folders within that account.
However, the rules are running on the Support inbox account as well. Is there any way to force rules to only run on one account?
We found a way to set a criteria that basically says use this account..however...there is no way we can tell the rule to use it. And here is why.
Rule 1:
Run if _ANY_ of the criteria are met.
- if From: address = (e-mail address removed)
- if From: address = (e-mail address removed)
- if From: address = (e-mail address removed)
Move email to folder: bob.com
we could add a criteria that says "if from account UserA" but they it would be an "any criteria" flag and basically move 100% of the email to that folder.
What I haven't been able to find, is an "any of these things AND this thing" setting.
Any ideas? He's getting frustrated and I'm tired of my support tech's losing thier email cause he's moving them into his folders...
Thanks.
