Entourage HTML input good, forwarding bad.

Entourage 2008 under OS X 10.6.8.

HTML input message displays fine with pics, formatting correct, etc.

Forwarded message shows links for pics, formatting is lost, etc. Examples attached.

I've messed up a parameter somewhere. Can someone tell me where?
