I'm using Entourage because of an exchange server with work and it is constantly stuck on updating folders, especially the deleted folders. It is constantly giving me the message, "Now Updating Deleted Items."
It is stuck on this and not checking for new mail. I'm not sure how this started happening. I hoped adding Leopard might solve this problem, but it made no difference.
I've also tried Database Utility and completely rebuilt the database. It retrieved most of my emails, but not all of them.
Can anyone help? I'm at a loss of what to do now and my IT Dept. doesn't offer much help for us mac users.
