Greetings - I am at a loss as to how to dim my dual apple monitors, which is not an option in display settings, and the standard dim option via keyboard does not work, but only briefly dims them both to black, and right back to same.
I have two 30" apple displays on a Mac Pro tower running OSX 10.9.5 running in "display" mode.
The brightness / display is somewhat penetrating to the eyes and I am working on them all day. Is there any way to dim or alter these external monitors, or any suggestions on making them less stressful to the eyes? I read text/fonts all day on white background which on these displays can be very straining and also distort my vision trying to read. Any suggestions are welcome! Thank you!
