At some point in the last year Safari on my iPad is not recognising cookies. I have checked that I don’t have them blocked. The button is white/grey, and if I change it to green it will ask if I want to block cookies, so I don’t change it.

You will see from the attached photo what my settings are and I can’t understand why I have to keep going through the same obstacles which should have been cleared by the cookies. One example is a website which recognised my iPad as a ‘trusted device’ but now doesn’t, so I have to keep having passcodes etc. sent to my phone every single time. In another website I am always shown the same window even although I’ve selected the ‘don’t show again’ option numerous times. Can anyone help?
