Cookies

I can't access a website in Safari because "my browser seems to have cookies disabled." In Safari preferences/privacy, I do not have that box checked -- ? ?

Unless you have a third party application that disables cookies, that sure seems strange.

A couple of questions:

1. What exact Mac model do you have?

2. What exact Mac OS are you running?

3. What version of Safari?

Have you tried another browser and see if you get the same message?

I just tried Chrome and it worked..... ??

Seems strange indeed!

Maybe you can delete Safari's History file, clear out its cache files, etc. Another thread here (https://www.mac-help.com/threads/safari-problem.224569/) is about an individual having issues with Safari. This link that Cory provided there might help:
