Hi all,

The colours of my MacBook are off. I have a MacBook Pro 13-inch, 2017 running on Big Sur version 11.6
The computer was connected to a television screen through HDMI. I closed the laptop still being connected, and then disconnected the HDMI. When the following day I started my computer the colours where distorted and I can't seem to get it back to work. I tried: SMC rest, NVRAM reset, change colour profile, put my computer back to factory settings - all unsuccessful. This is what it looks like: https://ibb.co/c6H6Ypr

Any ideas what I can do?

Hello and welcome.

Looks like the contrast may be turned up:  > System Preferences... > Accessibility > Display > Display Contrast. Make sure it is set to Normal. Also, try removing and adapters you were using the HDMI cable with and perform the steps you did previously.

See if that resolves it.
