Cannot see content iPhone XR

Hi everybody,

I have connected an iPhone XR to a MBP 13'' running BigSur, I can see the phone in the finder, but no content can be seen, I have only Restore button, as shown below (Sorry it is in French, the right button is restore iPhone, the left one for updates).

I have connected same iPhone to a different MBP 16'' running Catalina, same issue.
Then, I have connected another iPhone 11 to both MBP and everything is running well, looks like there is an issue with XR.
Both iPhones are updated to iOS 14.4.1

Can you please help to clear this issue.

Hello,

It does sound like there is an issue with the iPhone XR or iOS is corrupted. If so, you may need to make sure you have the data backed up and then restore the iPhone XR.

many thanks for the reply. I have tried to connect the iPhone XR to MBP using AnyTrans and it works. You are right cooper, I will backup then restore. I will let you know. Many thanks.
