Cannot see all of text

I logged into my work site and went to email which is Lotus Notes. I can see everything except the body/message of the emails when opened. This was not a problem with Windows. Any ideas how to fix it?

Is Font size an issue? I read that mac users have Font issues when using Lotus Notes ...

Could you upload a screenshot, it would help a lot...

Also need to know the version of Lotus Notes and your Mac and it's specs ...
