Hello
I am currently running my iMac on OS 10.15.7 with a Canon TS7450 printer connect by USB and everything works. I am thinking of updating to Big Sur and ultimately Monterey but see that this range of Canon printers can only be connected using AirPrint.
I assume that I will have to download Big Sur first and then set up AirPrint from it, then set up the printer. I am using a BT Hub 5 router which I have been told is OK for this.
As I have little knowledge of this having only heard of AirPrint a week or so ago could anyone out there tell if the above assumptions are correct and if so how it can be done in simple terms.
Sorry to appear a bit dim but I do not want to go out and replace my printer.
Many thanks
John L
