Backup 3

I recently bought a new macbook, and I got all the applications, insurance and all that stuff. I bought backup 3 for backing up my files to the main Mac server in Cupertino, California. I installed in no time and the computer told me everything was installed correctly, but when I went to open up backup 3 it went back to the install wizard. Please help me fix this soon because I don't want to lose all my important files.
