auto refresh safari tab

Hello everyone!
I'm playing and recording some streaming videos in safari, but sometimes the adsl connection is lost..
Is it possible using automator to detect when the connection is lost and start to refresh the tab (when the router reconnect the page is finally refreshed)?
Or better detect when the router reconnect and only then refresh the page?

No, this is not something Automator could do. Detecting if the internet is available is a very difficult thing to do.
