Auto Pivot Function is not functioning

I have Samsung SyncMaster 214T 21" Monitor.I unistalled and installed Magic Rotation software twice but Auto Pivot Function is not functioning ( Whenever I rotatate me monitor dektop do not rotate automatically as it used to rotate in past).Help is required.
