Apple Store Icon Missing on My New iMac M3

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased an iMac M3 and it's been working great so far. However, I wanted to browse for an iPad on the Apple Store directly from my iMac desktop, but I can't seem to find the Apple Store icon on the Launchpad. Just to clarify, I’m not looking for the App Store icon, but the Apple Store icon (the one with a suitcase and an apple logo). Is this normal? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

That app is not on your Mac, its only available on IOS and iPasOS.

To shop the Apple Store you need to use a web browser and head over to https://www.apple.com/store.
