Apple Mail - warning if wrong attachment in mail

HI,

i have a little problem. I work for different clients. Each client has its own preferences in file-format. One client only wants pdf-files, the other word, next only numbers.
Client A -> word only
Client B -> pdf only
Client C -> numbers only

Is there a possibility to write a script for Mail that detects the mail-address of the receiver and warns me, if i attach the wrong attachment format?
