I seem to be flooding the forum with questions at the mo, sorry about this.
My system keeps saying that my startup disk is almost full yet I have nearly 4 gig left, is there a different disk to clear out?

ask as many as you want !

Is this happening whilst you are encoding video ?

Whilst you're encoding video it makes a temp file + the encoded file...these can very large, certainly more than the 4Gb you have free...
