All My Files in spotlight problem

Hi, I'm new to this mac stuff, so I couldn't help to click the show criteria in all my files at spotlight. After fuzzing around to find a solution on the internet and trying some ideas I got on how to put it back to normal. I restarted my mac, now I can't even open it (all my files). Any ideas or solutions anyone?
