Accidentally wiped Entourage

Hi all!

Could someone please help me get back my email to Entourage? I installed Cocktail and ran it, after that my Entourage was all empty. No messages, no contacts, no nothing...

I can find them though, here: Users/"my_name"/Library/Caches/Metadata/Microsoft/Entourage

but when I try to open them, there´s i pop up saying they have either been removed or have their names changed.

Could anyone point me in the right direction? What should I do?
